Purchases made in-store or Local Delivery
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, the product is 90% or more full and within 14 days of your purchase accompanied with receipt, we will gladly exchange the product or issue a gift card for the full value of your purchase.
All apparel and clothing must be returned unworn in original condition with tags attached within 14 days of purchase with receipt to qualify for a full value via gift card. Any clothing that may require washing or cleaning will have that cost deducted from the original value. We reserve the right to refuse damaged, ripped, torn, stained or soiled clothing returns.

If you would like to return a product, an order, or have an order discrepancy please contact info@detoursupplements.ca Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable; however, we will gladly issue a gift card for your original shipping cost to you if you are returning an item because of an error on our part, or we have determined that the product is defective, or it is due to an order discrepancy (wrong product, wrong flavor, etc). If you are shipping a product back to our company due to our error and require a new product sent back to you, we will also pay for these additional shipping charges. All FREE promotional items (t-shirts, shaker cups, samples, etc) must be returned if an original order is sent back for a full credit value. Upon receiving the product, you will receive a gift card for the full value of your purchase. If partial orders are returned the credit will be applied minus the missing items.
If returned for a reason determined to be no fault by us, upon receiving the product in resale condition you will receive a gift card for the purchase value of that product not including shipping and handling fees from original order. The customer would be responsible for covering the shipping cost of returning the product.
